BugPilot respects the privacy of the people and organizations that evaluate, use, and communicate with our AI test automation platform.
1. Scope
This Privacy Notice explains how BugPilot handles personal information when you visit bugpilot.tech, request a meeting, communicate with us, or use the BugPilot platform. Customer administrators may make additional choices about workspace data and user access.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account and contact details, company and role information, communications, product usage and device information, support requests, meeting-request details, workspace configuration, and testing data that customers choose to process through the platform.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure BugPilot, respond to requests, operate accounts and workspaces, deliver testing functionality, diagnose product issues, improve reliability and usability, communicate service information, comply with law, and protect BugPilot, customers, and users.
4. Testing and customer data
BugPilot may process application URLs, test steps, screenshots, browser and API evidence, logs, environment configuration, and related test data at a customer’s direction. Customers are responsible for configuring their tests and data sources appropriately and for having the necessary rights to provide that information.
5. Sharing
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, security, communications, support, analytics, and other business operations; with professional advisers; during a corporate transaction; when required by law; or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity. We do not describe personal information as sold in this notice.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing the service, meeting contractual obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with law. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of certain personal information.
